How do I submit my audio or DV tapes for processing,
and how long will they take to process?
Please complete a Lectopia Tape
Form (PDF 56kb), attach it to the tape and send it to the
Lectopia Support Team via internal mailbag M206.
Note: Please ensure that all details are
completed on the form - incomplete forms will be returned to the
sender with the tape for completion. Please also ensure that the
tape is labelled and rewound.
Tapes are processed within 48 hours of receipt by the Lectopia
Support Team, and will typically be returned to staff at least 3
weeks after processing unless requested otherwise. This is to
ensure that lecturers have adequate time to check their
recordings prior to using the tape again for another
recording.
