Bookings

The Lectopia team is now taking requests for bookings of lecture recordings in semester one 2008. To facilitate this process, we require written notification with details of ALL units that need to be recorded (including units that contribute to UWA regional programmes). The booking form is available for download via the link below.

Deadline for booking forms: Monday 21st July 2008

Please ensure you are using the latest booking form; the form is updated periodically to reflect feedback from staff and changes to the service.

Send completed booking forms to:

Note:

• Booking form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 5 or later recommended)
• Form entry fields have been enabled (note: in order to sign and send the form it will require printing)
• If you intend to use WebCT you must organise for the unit to be created, booking Lectopia does not book WebCT. Refer to the following URL for details about WebCT - http://staff.webct.uwa.edu.au

Conditions Of Use

The following conditions of use apply to the Lectopia Service provided by the Multimedia Centre.

1. The Multimedia Centre does not guarantee that access to the Lectopia Service will be uninterrupted. You acknowledge that the Lectopia Service may be affected by outages, faults or delays. This may include (but is not limited to) technical difficulties with the computer components of the system.

2. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission for all material delivered by Lectopia. This includes copyright clearance and/or payments for any material that you have requested to be recorded.

3. You acknowledge that you are providing the Multimedia Centre with permission to record all lecturers who speak during the requested recording times.

4. You acknowledge that any changes requested by you to your initial booking may not be possible unless two working days notice is provided.
